If the items or order you wish to cancel have not been shipped yet, you may cancel it by sending an email to contact@nobbynest.com.
In this case, the order will be canceled, and the amount paid by you will be issued as a credit note within 7 days of the cancellation request.
Please note that we do not offer returns, exchanges or cancellation post-shipping on any of our products unless damaged by Nobby Nest. All sales are final. We encourage you to review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before making your purchase.

If you find your products damaged or missing after delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. You must provide images of the parcel bag and the product. Issues reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. The products must remain unused and unwashed.
Please note: All products are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. Complaints of cuts, tears, etc., post-delivery will not be eligible for exchanges. However, an investigation may be conducted depending on the situation.
Prepaid orders that are refused by the recipient are non-refundable.
